Multicultural Shakespeare: Translation, Appropriation and Performance

Owing to the armed invasion of Ukraine and the sense of uncertainty in the whole Central and Eastern European region, Shakespeare Our Posthumanist Symposium will not take place in March 2022 as planned but is postponed until further notice. We hope that you will be able to join the symposium once it has been rescheduled. We wish to have fruitful discussions in peaceful times.

The guest editors of the special issue of Multicultural Shakespeare: Translation, Appropriation and Performance (2022), 'Staging Utopias: Shakespeare in Performance',’ invite submissions that consider Shakespeare and utopia in performance.
